Official: Stuttgart unveil two new signings

VfB Stuttgart have announced the signing of two new players.
At a press conference today, VfB Stuttgart revealed two new signings: Gonzalo Castro, who will join the club from Borussia Dortmund, and Daniel Didavi who will re-join his former club from Wolfsburg.

They have both signed deals until 2021.

It was also announced today that Daniel Ginczek will leave Stuttgart and join Wolfsburg.

Gonzalo Castro, 31, will make the move to the Mercedes-Benz Arena after spending three seasons at Borussia Dortmund.

"I want to continue the successful path of the past few months with VfB. The team have a very interesting mix of experienced players and ambitious, talented, young players. I'm looking forward to being a part of it," Castro told vfb.de.

Daniel Didavi, 28, left Stuttgart to join Wolfsburg in 2016, but will now return to his former club.

"I am so happy to be back home. I have really missed the fans, the staff and the whole environment. The contact to the VfB has always been very close - to many employees, players and also to president Wolfgang Dietrich. When I had the opportunity to return to VfB, it was immediately clear to me that I would like to go back," Didavi told vfb.de.
