Toni Kroos says he will think about retiring from the German national team after the European Championship in 2020.

"After the tournament, it's a good time to think about it," the 29-year-old said in an interview with Kicker.

There was speculation that Kroos would retire from 'Die Mannschaft' after Germany's disappointing World Cup campaign in Russia, but the Real Madrid star ultimately decided to keep playing for his country.

Kroos made his international debut in 2010 and has made 92 apperances for Germany, scoring 14 goals.
