Done deal: RB Leipzig sign Patrik Schick on loan
AS Roma's Patrik Schick has joined RB Leipzig on loan.
RB Leipzig have announced the signing of Patrik Schick from AS Roma on a one-year loan deal with an option to buy.
"Patrik Schick is a very athletic and technically gifted player, who brings a lot of international experience with him. He will improve our attack and make us more versatile," said RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krösche, as quoted by the club.
Patrick Schick said:
"I'm delighted to be a part of this great, young team and am looking forward to a new challenge and meeting the lads. Of course, I arrive here with the aim of helping the club out as we look to achieve our goals."
The 23-year-old striker, a Czech international, has scored eight goals in 58 appearances for AS Roma.
