Speaking at the pre-match press conference today, Bayern coach Niko Kovac revealed the three players are struggling a bit after featuring in their club's 3-0 win over Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Kimmich should be ready for Saturday while Hernandez and Coman are slightly more doubtful.
"Kimmich twisted his ankle yesterday, but he's okay for now. Lucas Hernandez is having ankle problems and Coman has got neck pains - we'll have to see how they are over the next couple of days," Kovac said, as quoted by the club.
Bayern sit fourth in the league table before this weekend's Bundesliga action.
