Amine Harit: I expected to score four or five goals this season
Amine Harit has been positively surprised with his goal haul this season.
After just five Bundesliga games, Amine Harit has nearly scored as many goals as he thought he would score over the course of the whole season.
The 22-year-old has been among Schalke 04's stand-out performers this season so far, netting three times already.
"I hope that I'll be able to keep up my performances in the next games as well," Harit said in an interview with Sky and continued:
"If you had asked me before the season how many goals I would score, I would have said four or five. That would have made me happy, but I have now already scored three times in five games. I don't set any limits. I want to score as many goals as possible."
Harit scored once in 18 Bundesliga appearances last season.
