Bastian Schweinsteiger to work as a pundit
Shortly after Bastian Schweinsteiger announced that he will be hanging up his boots, his new job has been revealed.
Bastian Schweinsteiger is set to work as a football pundit for German broadcaster ARD from 2020, it has been announced today.
The German World Cup winner, who recently announced his retirement from football, will be working on the TV show 'Sportschau'.
Among other things, the 35-year-old is going to contribute to ARD's coverage of the European Championship in 2020 and the World Cup in 2022.
