Süle suffers long-term injury

Bayern München's Niklas Süle is set for a long-term injury lay-off.
Niklas Süle will undergo surgery on Sunday after sustaining a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, Bayern München have announced.

The German international was forced off in the second half of Bayern's 2-2 draw with Augsburg on Saturday.

Bayern don't state how long Süle is expected to be out for, but under all circumstances, the Bavarians will have to manage without the big centre-back for several months.
