Borussia Dortmund will be looking to bring in a new striker when the transfer window opens in January, according to Bild.
The report claims that it has become apparent to the BVB bosses that the squad is lacking another 'real' striker in the mould of Paco Alcacer.
While Alcacer has been struggling with injury in recent weeks, midfielders such as Mario Götze and Julian Brandt has had to play up top.
BVB brought in Mats Hummels, Nico Schulz, Thorgan Hazard, Julian Brandt and Mateu Morey during the summer.
