Julian Nagelsmann: You can pack your bags if your players don't run for you
You stand no chance as a coach if your players aren't willing to run for you, says Julian Nagelsmann.

"You have no chance if the players don't play for you," Nagelsmann told MDR.
"When things get exhausting, a player looks to the sidelines and thinks, 'Am I willing to run for him or not?'. You can pack your bags if they don't run for you," he added.
Nagelsmann joined RB Leipzig from Hoffenheim in the summer.
