Julian Nagelsmann feels he's under bigger pressure to deliver at RB Leipzig than he was at Hoffenheim.
The 32-year-old, who joined RB Leipzig in the summer after a handful of successful seasons at Hoffenheim, told Sport Bild:
"The pressure is bigger here. The decisive factor for football coaches is the point in time that they take over a team.
"Hoffenheim were almost rock bottom when I arrived. It's easier to improve the situation if you're 17th than if you're in third place like Leipzig were when I took over," Nagelsmann said.
Nagelsmann's troops sit second in the Bundesliga table, having won 21 points after 11 league games.
