The 19-year-old, who was recently called up for the Turkish national team for the first time, has only appeared as a substitute this season and could be on the move in January in the search for more first-team action.
Both Fortuna Düsseldorf and SC Freiburg have shown an interest in the young striker, as per the report from WAZ.
Kutucu has netted four times in 24 appearances for Schalke.
