Timo Werner wins second Bundesliga Player of the Month award in a row

Timo Werner has been named Bundesliga Player of the Month for the second time in a row.

Werner, who also clinched the honor in November, saw off competition from Marco Reus, Jadon Sancho, Philippe Coutinho, Filip Kostic and Philipp Max this time around.
The 23-year-old had an excellent month, scoring five goals in four games throughout December.
