Official: Joel Pohjanpalo joins Hamburger SV from Leverkusen
Bayer Leverkusen's Joel Pohjanpalo will be spending the rest of the season on loan at Hamburger SV.
Hamburger SV have announced the signing of Joel Pohjanpalo on loan from Bayer Leverkusen.
The 25-year-old will be joining the 2. Bundesliga outfit on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Pohjanpalo, who has struggled with injuries in recent years, has played just one minute of football for Leverkusen this season.
The Finnish striker's contract with 'Die Werkself' runs until 2022.
