Schalke 04 coach David Wagner says he will consider if Markus Schubert will keep his place in goal, with Alexander Nübel now available again following his four-match ban.
Nübel was Schalke's first-choice goalkeeper in the first half of the season, but after the announcement that the 23-year-old will be joining Bayern München at the end of the season, Wagner may want to keep faith in Schubert instead.
"We will give ourselves the time to think about this in the next few days," Wagner told reporters when asked about the goalkeeping situation after Saturday's 5-0 defeat to Bayern München that saw Schubert put in an unconvincing performance.
"'Schubi' made some very, very good saves. But, of course, he wa also involved in two goals. We don't need to pretend like he wasn't. Just like the rest of the team, he has played better," Wagner said.
