Timo Werner: 'I can definitely imagine playing abroad at some point'

RB Leipzig star Timo Werner would be open to moving abroad later on.
Timo Werner says he could imagine leaving the Bundesliga for a move to a foreign club in the future.

"I can definitely imagine playing abroad at some point, but there's no concrete place I absolutely have to go to. I'm open for everything," Werner said in an interview with Kicker.

At this point, however, Werner isn't thinking about leaving Leipzig.

"When you have scored 20 goals this season so far at the age of 23, you obviously attract interest. That's clear. But at the moment, I'm not thinking about what will happen in the future," Werner said and added:

"We are now facing important matches that will be decisive for the rest of the season. That's what I want to concentrate on. I'll think about my future at a later point in time."
