Hütter: Rebic exit is imagineable

Ante Rebic has been linked with several top clubs, and Eintracht Frankfurt coach Adi Hütter acknowledges that the winger could leave the club.
After a strong World Cup with Croatia, Eintracht Frankfurt's Ante Rebic has caught the eye of several European top clubs.

So far, Rebic is still a Frankfurt player, but 'Die Adler' coach Adi Hütter says it's possible that the 24-year-old will find a new club.

"If you assume that Rebic will leave the club, we will have to try and find someone who can replace him in a similar manner," Hütter tells Kicker.

Frankfurt have already lost two prolific offensive players in Kevin-Prince Boateng (Sassuolo) and Marius Wolf (Borussia Dortmund) while Portuguese striker Gonçalo Paciência has joined from FC Porto. Despite his arrival, Hütter admits that 'Die Adler' are still looking for more firepower.

"We are still searching for offensive players. We need creative players, who can make a breakthrough on the wing, master the last pass, but who are also dangerous in front of goal themselves," he says.

Rebic has been linked with Arsenal, Napoli, Bayern München, Manchester United and Tottenham. According to reports, Frankfurt want at least €50 million for the Croatian international.
