Hansi Flick: Coutinho isn't 100 percent satisfied with himself at the moment

Philippe Coutinho isn't happy with his recent form, says Bayern München coach Hansi Flick.
Philippe Coutinho received heavy criticism for his performance in Wednesday's 4-3 win over Hoffenheim in the DFB-Pokal.

And while Bayern München coach Hansi Flick feels it wasn't all bad from Coutinho in midweek, he acknowledges that the Barcelona loanee is struggling a bit at the moment.

"It's not easy. Philippe has done very well in training lately. Sure, not everything was great against Hoffenheim, but not everything was bad either. I don't think he's 100 percent satisfied with his performances at the moment. But he's one of our players, and we have to help him, which is exactly what we're doing," Flick said at the press conference ahead of Sunday's clash with RB Leipzig.

"I'm sure he's going to help us a lot, so we'll have to wait and see. There are downs in form in every career, and it's not easy to make your way into such a homogeneous team. He's fit, and I'm positive," he added.

Coutinho has made 26 appearances for the German champions this season, racking up seven goals and eight assists.
