Report: Real Madrid make Erling Haaland their 'primary target'

Erling Haaland has reportedly emerged as a top target for Real Madrid.
Real Madrid have made Erling Haaland their primary target for the summer transfer window, according to Marca.

The Spanish capital club are looking for a new striker, and the Borussia Dortmund youngster has emerged as the favorite to arrive at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, as per the report, which mentions RB Leipzig's Timo Werner and Inter's Lautaro Martinez as possible alternatives.

Marca estimates that Haaland's current market value is €75 million and deems it likely to drop due to the current suspension of football.

Haaland's agent, Mino Raiola, said last week that he expects his client to stay at Signal Iduna Park this summer.

Haaland has scored 12 goals in 11 games for Dortmund following his move to Germany from RB Salzburg in January. His contract runs until 2024.
