Agent: Yussuf Poulsen has to play for a European top club

Yussuf Poulsen's agent has hinted that his client wouldn't be interested in joining mid-table side in England.
Yussuf Poulsen's agent, Poul-Erik Petersen, says his client 'has to play for a European top club' amid speculation linking the RB Leipzig striker with Everton, West Ham and Newcastle.

"Leipzig are a European top club playing in the Champions League every year. This matches Yussuf's ambitions. He has to play for a European top club," Petersen told Danish media outlet B.T.

Petersen has previously dismissed a report from Sport Bild claiming that Poulsen will be looking to leave Leipzig this summer, and he reiterates that the 25-year-old is expected to stay.

"You can't say what will happen in the summer. But there are no plans to sell him," Petersen told B.T.

Poulsen's contract with RB Leipzig expires in 2022.
