Achraf Hakimi yet to discuss his future with Real Madrid

Achraf Hakimi says he's still unsure about where his future lies beyond the summer.
As things stand, Achraf Hakimi is due to return to Real Madrid when his two-year loan spell at Borussia Dortmund comes to an end in the summer.

But it still isn't certain if Hakimi will head back to the Spanish capital in the summer, with the full-back claiming that he's yet to discuss his future with Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, Dortmund have expressed an interest in keeping Hakimi, who has been linked with a number of other clubs as well.

Asked if he's flattered by the interest in him, Hakimi told Cadena SER (via Goal.com):

"Who does not like it? I am proud of what I am doing.

"In June I will have to make a decision and it will be a great step for my career. In theory, my contract ends in June and from there I have to return to Madrid.

"I have not yet had contact with Madrid on this matter, but I imagine that soon we will have some conversation to find out what is best for me," he said.

Hakimi has scored seven goals and made 10 assists in 37 games for Dortmund this season.
