Agent dismisses claims that Lucas Hernandez earns €24 million per season

Reports from Germany claiming that Lucas Hernandez earns €24 million per year aren't true, claims his agent.
Lucas Hernandez's agent, Manuel Garcia Quilon, has dismissed rumors that his client earns €24 million per season at Bayern München.

According to reports from Germany, Hernandez's salary has caused unrest among his teammates as other players in the squad believe they should be earning more than the French international.

However, according to Quilon, Hernandez 'definitely' earns less than €24 million per year.

"What has been written is totally wrong," Manuel Garcia Quilon said in an interview with Goal and SPOX.

"Lucas does not earn €24 million, not before or after taxes. I don't know who came up with this idea that Lucas could earn that much. He definitely earns less than that. Maybe someone confused him with another player or someone wants to hurt him," he continued.

Bayern broke their club record with the €80 million capture of Hernandez from Atlético Madrid last summer.
