Sven Ulreich's agent has warned Alexander Nübel that his client is ready to fight to keep his place behind Manuel Neuer at Bayern München.
Sven Ulreich is ready to fight with Alexander Nübel to keep his position as Bayern München's second-choice goalkeeper behind Manuel Neuer.
In an interview with Kicker, Ulreich's agent, Jürgen Schwab, has welcomed competition from Nübel ahead of the 23-year-old's summer move from Schalke 04.
"FC Bayern is a meritocracy, in which sporting decisions are made. Let's see who ends up sitting on the bench behind Manuel Neuer," Schwab said.
Ulreich has played for Bayern since 2015. His contract expires in 2021.
