Werder Bremen sporting director Frank Baumann isn't worried that the ongoing speculation about Milot Rashica's future will influence the 23-year-old's performances.

Rashica has been linked with a move away from Bremen for a while now, but has never let himself be affected by rumors in the past, says Baumann.

"The rumors of the transfer have been around for almost a year now, and Milot has always handled it well. So I'm not worried that it will affect him in any way," Baumann told Bild.

RB Leipzig are said to be leading the race for the highly-rated winger, who has a €38 million release clause in his contract.

According to reports, his clause will drop to just €15 million if Werder are relegated from the Bundesliga.
