Liverpool would be a good fit for Timo Werner

Liverpool would be a good move for Timo Werner should he wish to leave RB Leipzig, argues Red Bull chief Ralf Rangnick.

Rangnick, now the head of sport and development at Red Bull, argues that Liverpool's playing style would suit the German international.
"From a purely hypothetical point of view, I believe he would be better off with a club that aren't necessarily defined by possession football," he told Bild and added:
"His most important weapons are his movement in counter-attacks and great finishing. That's why he would be suited to a club like Liverpool, for example, who have a similar playing style to Leipzig."
However, as Rangnick has previously said, he believes the striker would be wise to remain in Leipzig.
"I'd prefer him to stay here," Rangnick said and added:
"He knows what he has in Leipzig. He can play in the Champions League again here next year."
Werner has a €60 million release clause, which expires on June 15.
