Gladbach move third with win over Frankfurt

Alassane Plea scored a goal in the first minute as Gladbach beat Eintracht Frankfurt 1-3.
Borussia Mönchengladbach moved to third place in the Bundesliga with a 1-3 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt at Commerzbank-Arena.

The guests scored two times within the first seven minutes, with Alassane Plea and Marcus Thuram getting on the scoresheet.

Ramy Bensebaini increased the lead from the penalty spot after 72 minutes before second-half substitute André Silva pulled one back for Frankfurt.

With the win, Gladbach climb past RB Leipzig into third place. Frankfurt, meanwhile, sit 13th.
