Timo Horn: 'It feels like a win'

Timo Horn was delighted after FC Köln came back to get a draw against Fortuna Düsseldorf.
FC Köln goalkeeper Timo Horn said his side's 2-2 draw with Fortuna Düsseldorf in the Rheinderby on Sunday felt like a win.

Fortuna were leading 1-0 at the break thanks to Kenan Karaman's opener and made it 2-0 through Erik Thommy with an hour played after Mark Uth had missed a penalty at the other end.

But as the final whistle approached, the visitors were unable to hold on to the lead, allowing Anthony Modeste and Jhon Cordoba to salvage a draw for Köln with two late goals.

"It definitely feels like a win. We fought until the last minute and deserved the point," Köln goalkeeper Timo Horn told Sky after the game.

Fortuna's Kenan Karaman, on the other hand, felt like his team had lost the game.

"It feels like a loss. We can't give the game away like that. It can't go on like this. We have to take a critical look at the situation," he said.

Fortuna sit 16th in the table, three points behind 15th-placed Mainz, who are just above the drop zone. Meanwhile, Köln are 10th.
