Kevin Kampl, Ibrahima Konaté and Ethan Ampadu all back in training

Kevin Kampl, Ibrahima Konaté and Ethan Ampadu are making good progress in their recovery from injuries.
RB Leipzig have been boosted by the return of three players to training as they prepare for Saturday's home game against Paderborn.

According to a post on the club's Twitter profile, RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann sees Kevin Kampl as a possible option for the starting eleven after overcoming a problem with a trapped nerve.

Ibrahima Konaté, who has been out since October due to a torn muscle fibre, made his return to team training, but isn't ready to play this weekend, said Nagelsmann.

Meanwhile, Ethan Ampadu 'will be eased into action' on the training ground following a back injury.

The club also reveal that Konrad Laimer and Patrik Schick should both be fit to start against Paderborn after picking up minor knocks against FC Köln on Monday.
