Hertha not planning to offer Vedad Ibisevic a new deal
Vedad Ibisevic has been told that he will not be offered a contract extension at Hertha BSC at this point.
Hertha BSC aren't planning to offer a new deal to Vedad Ibisevic, whose contract expired on 30 June.
"We have informed Vedad that we will not be making him a new offer at this time," Hertha boss Michael Preetz told Kicker.
"But we will keep an open mind," he added, hinting that Hertha could still re-open talks with the 35-year-old during the summer.
However, as things stand, Hertha look to part ways with the veteran striker, who has reportedly attracted interest from Turkey.
Ibisevic has made a total of 159 appearances for Hertha, scoring 56 goals.
