Europa League quarter-final draw: Bundesliga teams learn potential opponents

Here are the results of Friday's draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals of the 2019/20 Europa League.
Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayer Leverkusen and VfL Wolfsburg were involved as the draw was made for the quarter-finals and semi-finals of the Europa League.

Each of the clubs still need to play the second leg of their respective last-16 ties to determine whether they will advance to the quarter-finals.

Prior to the suspension caused by the coronavirus outbreak, Frankfurt suffered a 0-3 loss at home to Basel in their last 16 first-leg game, Wolfsburg lost 1-2 at home against Shakhtar Donetsk while Leverkusen beat Rangers 3-1 away from home.

Here are the results of Friday's draw:

Quarter-finals:
Shakhtar Donetsk/VfL Wolfsburg vs. Basel/Eintracht Frankfurt
Manchester United/LASK vs. FC Copenhagen/İstanbul Başakşehir
Inter/Getafe vs. Bayer Leverkusen/Rangers
Wolves/Olympiacos vs. Roma/Sevilla

Semi-finals:
Wolves/Olympiacos or Roma/Sevilla vs. Manchester United/LASK or FC Copenhagen/İstanbul Başakşehir
Inter/Getafe or Bayer Leverkusen/Rangers vs. Shakhtar Donetsk/VfL Wolfsburg or Basel/Eintracht Frankfurt


The quarter-finals will be played from 12 to 15 August while the semi-finals will take place on 18 and 19 August. All these ties are single-leg fixtures and will be played across four cities in Germany: Cologne, Duisburg, Düsseldorf and Gelsenkirchen.

The Europa League final is set to take place at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne on 21 August.
