Goretzka compares Bayern and Schalke
After completing a summer move to Bayern München, Leon Goretzka compares his new club to his old club Schalke 04.
Over the summer, Leon Goretzka has completed his move from Schalke 04 to Bayern München on a free transfer.
In an interview with Sky, the central midfielder talks about his perception of Bayern's reputation compared with Schalke 04.
"Bayern are a club that are perceived differently on an internaional level than, for example, Schalke. On a national level, Schalke are a big player, but Bayern are simply one of the biggest clubs in the world," Goretzka told Sky.
Goretzka made his official Bayern München debut in the 5-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in last Sunday's DFL-Supercup when he was sent on the pitch with 26 minutes remaining.
