While SWR reported yesterday that Bayern München midfielder Sebastian Rudy's move to RB Leipzig is a done deal, Bild insists that the deal hasn't been completed yet. According to the newspaper, Schalke 04 are also in the battle for Rudy, and apparently Schalke coach Domenico Tedesco met with the midfielder at the airport in München yesterday (Bild).

Schalke 04 and Wolfsburg are both interested in Olympique Lyon winger Maxwel Cornet. Schalke have already contacted the Ligue 1 regarding a possible transfer. The 21-year-old should cost around €20 million (L'Equipe, Le Parisien).

As mentioned yesterday, - the brother of Manchester United star Paul Pogba - has been on a trial at 3. Liga side KFC Uerdingen. However, he wasn't able to convince KFC Uerdingen coach Stefan Krämer. "He's already gone. Mathias couldn't have helped the team. He's not in good physical shape," Krämer said (Bild).

Juventus and Feyenoord are keeping an eye on Bochum starlet Görkem Saglam. The German under-20 international was limited to just five appearances for Bochum last season (Fussballtransfers).

Three players could potentially leave Borussia Dortmund before the transfer window closes - Sebastian Rode, Dzenis Burnic and Alexander Isak. Rode has been told to look for a new employer, but no club has shown concrete interest in the midfielder so far. Burnic and Isak both play a role in long-term BVB planning, but have little chance of playing regularly at the moment. Burnic is likely to be loaned out while Isak is also set for a loan deal if Dortmund sign a new striker (Bild).

Filip Kostic still wants to leave Hamburger SV, but the winger hasn't found a club yet. Seven clubs have shown an interest in Kostic, but a deal hasn't materialised, mainly because the HSV winger hasn't been satisfied with the interested clubs. Wolfsburg, Burnley, Southampton, Frankfurt, Valencia, Sporting CP and Fiorentina have all been linked with Kostic (Bild).

Eintracht Frankfurt have shown concrete interest in Feyenoord star Tonny Vilhena. Apparently, the midfielder himself is open to a move to Frankfurt, but Feyenoord are reluctant to let him go (Voetbal International).

FC Augsburg striker Dong-won Ji will proobably not be allowed to return to Darmstadt on loan. Augsburg want to keep the South Korean as Alfred Finnbogason and Julian Schieber are not fully fit (Bild).

FC Nürnberg are interested in signing VfB Stuttgart's Berkay Özcan on loan (Kicker).
