Juventus close to signing Weston McKennie
Both Sport1 and Kicker.de reports that Weston McKennie from Schalke 04 is close to signing a deal on a loan to Juventus with an option to buy.
Kicker reports that Schalke 04 will receive around six million euros for the one-year loan deal and that the Italians have secured a purchase option for 18 million euros.
The U.S international made 28 Bundesliga appearances and scored 3 goals last season.
If the deal is closed, he will be playing with Cristiano Ronaldo in a team coached by Andrea Pirlo. And Schalke can invest the money earned from the departure to improve their defence and central midfield.
