Bayern München have reached an agreement in principle with Ajax right-back Sergino Dest, according to Bild.

The 19-year-old is understood to have agreed personal terms on a four-year deal with the option to extend by another year.

However, the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement on the transfer fee to be paid. According to Bild, Bayern have tabled an offer of €10 million plus bonuses, but Ajax are holding out for €20 million plus €5 million in add-ons.

An agreement could be reached at around €15 million, which Bayern have already offered for Dest, as per Dutch reports.

Dest has played 36 games for Ajax, racking up two goals and six assists.
