Bayern zero-in on Callum Hudson-Odoi and Max Aarons as transfer deadline looms

Bayern's remaining two transfer targets seem clear. The German giants look to the EPL for their winger and the EFL for defensive assistance.

Can they get both players over the line?
It looks to come down to the wire for Hasan Salihamadzic & Co. The Bayern administrators work overtime to fulfill Hans Dieter Flick's request for an additional winger and back-up right fullback.

Reports on Saturday confirmed movement in the efforts to procure Callum Hudson-Odoi on loan from Chelsea. Blues coach Frank Lampard gave Hudson Odoi the okay to leave Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Bayern trainer Flick also confirmed the club's interest in the 19-year-old as "legitimate".

Bayern, having lost out on the chance to acquire Sergino Dest, are now linked with Norwich City right-back Max Aarons. German footballing magazine confirms the link and divulges that negations are underway.

It's already been a very busy day at Bayern. A major coup to land Spanish midfield diamond Marc Roca should be over the line before the day is out. The completion of back-up keeper Sven Ulreich's transfer to Hamburger SV was also officially confirmed.

In other Bayern news, one potential breakthrough candidate from the youth squad succumbed to injury in third-league action on Friday. Malik Tillman tore his ACL in FC Bayern II's 3-0 win over Dynamo Dresden. He may miss the rest of the season.
