Frankfurt coach Adi Hütter provides injury update on Filip Kostic

Eintracht Frankfurt coach Adi Hütter has provided an injury update on Filip Kostic ahead of his side's encounter with Bayern München on Saturday.
Filip Kostic is making good progress in his recovery from the knee injury that has kept him out since Eintracht Frankfurt's 3-1 win over Hertha BSC in September.

But the Serbian international is not quite ready to make his much-anticipated return yet.

"Filip Kostic works very intensively. I prefer to wait a few days longer before I put someone back in. We don't risk anything. It's good for us and for him to see that we can win games even without him. The team is intact," Hütter told reporters ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga clash with Bayern München.

The Frankfurt coach also revealed that David Abraham is a doubt for Saturday's game due to a knee problem.

Napoli loanee Amin Younes, who came on to make his debut against FC Köln last week, is not a contender to start at this point, said Hütter.

"Amin Younes is on a good way, but he's not a candidate for the starting eleven yet," he said.
