Niklas Süle to join up with the German national team for UEFA Nations League clashes

Germany coach Joachim Löw has confirmed that Niklas Süle will be part of his squad to face Ukraine and Spain.
Niklas Süle will link up with the German national team for their upcoming UEFA Nations League fixtures against Ukraine (November 14) and Spain (November 17).

The FC Bayern centre-back tested positive for COVID-19 at the beginning of this month, but ended his self-isolation early and returned to full training on Tuesday after all the subsequent tests were negative.

"Niklas had no symptoms at all. I have decided that he will join us," Germany coach Joachim Löw said after Wednesday's 1-0 friendly win over the Czech Republic.

Löw wants to have a squad of 20 outfield players and three goalkeepers available for the next two games.

Jonas Hofmann will not be in action after sustaining a muscle injury on Wednesday while Benjamin Henrichs (patella tendon) and Robin Gosens (calf) are both doubts.
