Werder Bremen boss Frank Baumann hints at contract extension
Frank Baumann appears to be close to signing a new deal as Werder Bremen sporting director.
Werder Bremen sporting director Frank Baumann has hinted that he's close to extending his contract at the club, which expires at the end of the season.
"I can say more about it next week or the week after that," Baumann told Bild when asked about his future.
"We have held talks and will meet again. Then you can ask again," he added.
The former Werder player has worked for the club since January 2010.
