Leroy Sané has been singled out for praise by Bayern München coach Hansi Flick ahead of Thursday's Club World Cup final against Tigres.
Bayern München coach Hansi Flick has praised Leroy Sané for his performance in Monday's 2-0 win over Al Ahly in the Club World Cup semi-final, which saw the winger come on and set up a goal.
"With Leroy, it wasn't just the assist. Like everyone else, who was subbed in, he was directly involved," Flick told reporters ahead of Thursday's final against Tigres.
"Leroy also worked well when we weren't in possession. He showed what we want from him. It was a good performance."
Sané has scored seven goals and made six assists in 25 games for Bayern München since his summer move from Manchester City.
