Florian Neuhaus not guaranteeing Gladbach stay

Sought-after Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus has refused to give any guarantees that he will remain at the club beyond the summer.
Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus insists he's not concerned about his future amid reports linking him with clubs such as Bayern München, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool and Manchester City.

The 23-year-old says he's fully focused on his current campaign with Gladbach, but doesn't want to give any guarantees that he will still be at Borussia-Park next season.

"For me, it's really not such a big issue now. I play for Borussia, I have a contract, and we as a club are still pursuing very big goals this season. At the moment, I can't say what will happen in the summer," Neuhaus said in an interview with Kicker and added:

"As far as my future is concerned, I'm quite relaxed. Borussia is a club where I have been able to develop excellently and discover everything. I know what I have in Borussia."

Neuhaus' contract with Gladbach expires in 2024. It has been reported that it includes a release clause of 'well over' €40 million.
