RB Leipzig are eight games unbeaten in the top-flight, having last lost by a 3-2 scoreline against Mainz back on January 23. These eight games have seen them score 21 times and concede only three in the process.

Their win over SC Freiburg closed the gap to two points within Bayern after the Bavarians won 4-2 against Dortmund in the 'Der Klassiker'.

Bayern themselves are on an extraordinary run, going nine games unbeaten in the league – with their last defeat coming in a 3-2 loss against Borussia Monchengladbach on 9th January.

Since then, the German champions have registered 25 points out of a possible 27 – Arminia Bielefeld holding out Bayern to a thrilling 3-3 draw couple of match days back.

Both Leipzig and Bayern face tough challenges ahead and their schedules ahead might be a deciding factor on who takes home the Bundesliga title.

The two face each other off in a decisive top-of-the-table clash on April 3, at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig.

Here are their next few schedules in the league –

Bayern Munich - 1st - 55 points

Werder Bremen (Away, 13th March)
VfB Stutgart (Home, 20th March)
RB Leipzig (Away, 3rd April)
Union Berlin (Home, 10th April)
Wolfsburg (Away, 17th April)
Bayer Leverkusen (Home, 21st April)

RB Leipzig - 2nd - 53 points

Bayern Munich (Home, 3rd April)
Werder Bremen (Away, 10th April)
Hoffenheim (Home, 17th April)
FC Koln (Away, 21st April)

The only team close to them are Wolfsburg & Eintracht Frankfurt who themselves have witnessed an upturn of fortunes after commendable displays in the league.
