Werder Bremen relegated from the Bundesliga after loss to Gladbach

Werder Bremen have dropped out of the Bundesliga after a 2-4 loss to Gladbach.
Werder Bremen have been relegated from the Bundesliga for the second time in club history.

'The Green-Whites' dropped from 16th to 17th place after losing 2-4 to Borussia Mönchengladbach on the penultimate matchday of the 2020/21 season.

FC Köln overtook Werder in the relegation play-off spot with a narrow 1-0 win over already relegated Schalke 04.
