'Tedesco must be careful what he does'

After a disappointing start to the season, Schalke coach Domenico Tedesco could quickly come under heavy pressure according to former German international Tim Wiese.
Last season, 33-year-old Domenico Tedesco led Schalke to an impressive second place finish in his first season at the Veltins-Arena.

However, Schalke haven't exactly had the best start to the new season and are placed in the relegation zone after losing the first three Bundesliga games this season.

With the pressure starting to build up, Tedesco needs to prove himself and turn the situation around before it's too late according to former German international Tim Wiese.

"In the second year, it's much harder for a young coach like Domenico Tedesco in such an environment. He, too, is measured by success," Wiese stated in his column for Sport1 and added:

"In Germany, coaches are praised too quickly. If you do well in two games, you're the new Mourinho. Now, Tedesco must be careful what he does. The situation can quickly become tighter than he likes."

Tedesco and Schalke have two matches coming up this week. On Tuesday, Schalke take on FC Porto at home in the Champions League while 'The Royal Blues' will face Bayern München on Saturday.
