Toni Kroos to decide on his international future after the Euros

Toni Kroos says he will make a decision on his international future after the Euros.
Germany midfielder Toni Kroos is considering retiring from international duty after the upcoming European Championship.

"I'll decide after the tournament," the 31-year-old Real Madrid midfielder told reporters.

Kroos is confident he will be fully fit for Germany's opening game against France on 15 June after recovering from corona.

"I'm not worried about my fitness. It's not like I'm coming off a six-week injury. It's just that I didn't do anything for a week. You can manage that," said Kroos.

The experienced central midfielder has featured 101 times for Germany, scoring 17 goals.
