Wolfsburg sign Maximilian Philipp on a permanent basis

Maximilian Philipp has joined Wolfsburg on a permanent contract.
Wolfsburg have turned Maximilian Philipp's loan move from Dynamo Kiev into a permanent deal.

The 27-year-old has signed a contract until 2025 with the Bundesliga outfit.

"I'm very happy to now be a permanent Green-and-White and be able to continue helping the team on our successful path," commented Philipp.

"The anticipation ahead of the new season is huge – obviously because we’re playing in the Champions League, but also because I can’t wait to finally get to play in front of our fans at the Volkswagen Arena."

Philipp scored seven goals and made two assists in 34 games for Wolfsburg last season.
