Gnabry excited about London return

Germany forward Serge Gnabry has discussed Tuesday's game versus England at Wembley.
Serge Gnabry has shared his thoughts on Germany's Euro 2020 last-16 clash with England in London on Tuesday.

The Bayern forward is no stranger to the English capital, having spent several seasons at Arsenal, and is very much looking forward to the game at Wembley.

"I can’t wait to play England at Wembley and to hopefully advance," said Gnabry at a press conference.

"So far, things have always gone well whenever I’ve returned to London. I still have many friends there, who will also hopefully be at the game," added the 25-year-old, who believes Germany and England are 'pretty evenly-matched'.

"They have great players with a lot of individual quality in attack. We have a lot of respect for them, but it’s irrelevant to us what the local media is saying. We want to focus on the game, deliver a repeat of our performance against Portugal and win the game," emphasized Gnabry.
