Schalke captain Danny Latza set for months on the sidelines
Schalke 04 will have to manage without Danny Latza for several months.
Schalke 04 captain Danny Latza is set for a long spell on the sidelines after he sustained a knee injury in the Gelsenkirchen side's 1-3 defeat against Hamburger SV in Friday's 2. Bundesliga opener.
Sky Germany reports that the 31-year-old midfielder is expected to be out for around two to four months while Bild claims that Latza will be sidelined for at least three months.
Latza joined Schalke from Mainz on a free transfer this summer.
