Report: Kimmich set to sign new Bayern deal
Bild claims Joshua Kimmich is close to signing a contract extension with Bayern München.
Joshua Kimmich is on the verge of extending his contract with Bayern München, according to Bild.
The 26-year-old, who is currently under contract through 2023, is reportedly expected to sign a new deal until 2026 worth around €10 million per season, which is around twice as much as he earns at the moment.
It's further claimed that Bayern are making progress in their negotiations with Leon Goretzka, who is tied to the club until next summer.
Kimmich joined Bayern from VfB Stuttgart in 2015 and has since emerged as a key player at Allianz Arena, featuring a total of 261 times with 30 goals and 71 assists to hs name.
