RB Leipzig will no longer try to sign Maxence Lacroix this summer, according to Wolfsburg chief Jörg Schmadtke.
RB Leipzig have apparently finally called off their pursuit of Wolfsburg centre-back Maxence Lacroix.
Wolfsburg head of sport Jörg Schmadtke has told Sportbuzzer that 'Die Roten Bullen' have come to terms with the fact that Lacroix is not for sale.
"The courting is over, RB have accepted that," said Schmadtke.
According to reports, RB Leipzig had two bids turned down for Lacroix before Schmadtke put his foot down and ruled out a transfer.
