Bayer Leverkusen managing director Rudi Völler has dismissed speculation that 'Die Werkself' want to sign Julian Draxler from Paris Saint-Germain.

"Draxler won't come. He hasn't been a topic for us," Völler told Sky ahead of Leverkusen's clash with Borussia Mönchengladbach this evening.

Instead, Völler and Leverkusen want to focus on other targets before the transfer window closes at the end of the Month.

"We still have around a week until the transfer deadline," said the Leverkusen boss.

"We still have some ideas that we have to implement, and that we are trying to implement."
