Norwich City have made an official offer for Schalke 04 centre-back Ozan Kabak, according to Sky Germany and Italian transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano.
Negotiations are currently underway, with the Premier League side hoping to take Kabak on loan, according to Sky, who claims that 'everything indicates' that the 21-year-old will make the switch to England before the transfer window closes.
Kabak has also been linked with the likes of Sevilla, Newcastle and Torino, but 'everything speaks for Norwich City', per the report.
The Turkish international spent the second half of last season on loan at Liverpool and has widely been expected to leave Schalke again since the club were relegated from the Bundesliga last season.
